OVER THE PAST 7 YEARS I HAVE SPENT RESEARCHING, IMPLEMENTING AND TESTING THE 8 PILLARS OF BEACHFIT AND WELLBEING, AND HAVE USED THIS VERY PROGRAM TO TRANSFORM OVER 30 WOMEN'S LIFES AND BODIES.
Through working with hundreds of men and women, I realised that even though they were training they weren't necessarily thriving or the healthiest they could be.
They were stressed, over tired and this was impacting on their results, nutrition and keeping them from the bodies that they wanted.
I also realised that in large group classes ( At one point I was teaching 25 people in one session!), I couldn't keep everyone accountability, motivate them, and ensure they were moving optimally, so added this to the Program - Max 15 women per session.
