BeachFit & Wellbeing

BeachFit and Wellbeing was founded in 2012 in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, with the aim of making our members fitter, stronger and heathier.

Our ethos is that exercise should be part of an overall healthy lifestyle, whatever your ability. We have trained members of all levels – from those who are beginning their fitness journey to seasoned marathon runners. Our highly experienced trainers will motivate and inspire you to reach your full potential, whatever that may be. We believe that if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.

At BeachFit and Wellbeing, no two workouts are ever the same. From kettlebells, to battle ropes, to boxing – you can be sure we’ll keep you on your toes! And don’t worry if you’re new to exercise – we ensure that our group sizes are small to give you the attention and coaching that you need (and deserve!).

We know that time is precious and so our workouts pack a lot into 40 minutes, on the golden sands of Coogee Beach. In this time you can expect to work up a sweat, in a community of like-minded individuals, as the sun rises above you.
