I have a confession... I'm slightly enjoying autumn so far. Summer felt intense, if that makes sense?
It's been 6 months since my last inspiration List. I plan on updating it every 6 months. to keep your inspiration well full
You can check round one out here:
Deliciously ella - A wholefoods vegan blogger (I’m not vegan) she has some amazing plant based recipes. I can't recommend enough to try out some of her curries. Perfect for making a huge batch and stocking the freezer for cold busy winter nights.
The three blue ducks real food cookbook. Some amazing recipes in here, a few treats, but mostly home based clean yummy food. A bonus that the boys are local!
Journey of me. I was recently gifted this amazing book from wellineux. Its a 9 month daily journal of you. I’ve just started to dive into it, but its definitely got me thinking. Personally I find Autumn and Winter a great time to dive into things, there something so cosy about grabbing a cuppa and diving deep!
The minimalist’s podcast. (Thank goodness i;m typing this, as I can't pronounce it to save my life!)
I’m surprised I’ve just started listening to these boys, they have got me looking at everything in my apartment in a different way. Thanks to them I have made a commitment to myself to not buy anything I don’t need. Things like house trinkets, books when I still have 100 I haven’t read on my kindle (No exaggeration). If your ready to ditch stuff for experiences I can’t recommend this podcast enough.
Books and Documentaries:
I’ve mostly been consuming business books. Most recently I did read before you and after you by Jojo Moyes, which was a great light read.
I’m also super excited to dive in to Michael Pollens new documentary on netflix documentary cooked, when I get some time., love his food philosophy - real food. If you've got netflix it add it to your list.
Just a short one today, as I haven’t really been consuming much, been busy creating, but enough to get you started i’m sure.
What's inspiring you at the moment?
