Beachfit workout:Race against the clock

I'm looking forward to recording some workouts for you, but until then if you need one you can do at home or on holidays over easter, give this one a shot. You will be done within 30 minutes, and it can be done anywhere, anytime!

Before starting, make sure you do a small warm up. Skipping and some dynamic lunges will do the trick!

In each 30 second block, I want you to go all out! Try and get as many reps completed in the time possible.

ROUND 1

  • 30 seconds Lunges
  • 30 seconds Rest
  • 30 seconds Burpees
  • 30 seconds Rest
  • Repeat (x 3)

ROUND 2

  • 30 seconds High Knees
  • 30 seconds Rest
  • 30 seconds Squats
  • 30 seconds Rest
  • Repeat (x3)

ROUND 3

  • 30 seconds Push-Ups
  • 30 seconds Rest
  • 30 seconds Hamstring curls
  • 30 seconds Rest
  • (x 3)

ROUND 4

  • 30 seconds Compound Crunches
  • 30 seconds Rest
  • 30 seconds Shuttle Sprints
  • 30 seconds Rest
  • (x 3)

Now pick your favourite or your least 2 favourite exercises and repeat them - this is YOUR adventure.
