How long do the sessions last for?

Each one goes for 45 minutes.

What does an average session involve?

Every session is different, and is responsive to the needs of the participants. But an average workout will include strength / resistance training, cardio fitness, stretching and flexibility, and concludes with some breath work.

I also use a variety of equipment such as TRX, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Sand Bags and more, so that you can challenge your body in new and exciting ways.

I don’t have much fitness experience – are these sessions right for me?

Most probably YES! All sessions are designed to match participants’ fitness levels, and I definitely cater for fitness newbies as well as the more experienced people. If you’ve got a specific concern, I invite you to get in touch so we can chat.

I’m very fit, and am looking for a challenge – are these sessions right for me?

Ooooohhh yeah! I love working with people to push their physical limits and challenge themselves in new ways. And remember: these sessions go deeper that just fitness. It’s never just about how many push ups you can do or how fast you can run, it’s also about how you’re feeling in your own skin.

I’ve got a specific health condition or injury – can I still sign up?

Most probably – but it’s always great to chat first. Please send me an email or give me a buzz on the phone and we can determine the best option for your particular needs.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Pure weight loss is not the ultimate goal of these sessions – it’s a happy side effect. After so many years in the industry, I’ve found that it’s only by focusing on the inner stuff in conjunction with food and fitness that you can create a big impact on your outer self. That said, if weight loss is their goal, almost all my clients lose kilos and inches, and walk away feeling much lighter and ‘tighter’. If you’ve got specific weight loss goals, we can discuss them in your initial session and ensure we have an appropriate plan in place.

Why do your packages run for 8 weeks?

My approach to fitness and wellbeing is holistic – meaning, we look at all the different elements that contribute to how you’re feeling, how your energy levels are, and how well your body is functioning. Because I truly want to help you feel the difference on a deep-down level, I’ve found that 10 weeks is the minimum amount of time where we can create sustainable, lasting change.

Today could be a massive turning point for you.
