Beachfit Bootcamp Classes:
Small group training is a great way to train with other like minded people, and have an awesome support team at the same time. Numbers are limited to 10 people to ensure everyone is fully supported and gets personal attention and support during their course.
Beachfit fitness classes are all about creating long lasting change. Along a challenging session, we will also work together to nourish your body and mind.
We will assess your fitness levels and body composition at the start and end and celebrate your achievements along the way.
