I’ve been there.
I used to hate myself. I would punish myself with long boring workouts, drag myself to the gym when I didn’t want to go and then I turned to looking at my lifestyle. Wow so much information, I would devour everything I could get my hands on. I knew a lot but I wasn’t living it as I didn’t know how to incorporate it into my lifestyle.
Here’s what I discovered:
We need to take on board what we relate to and discard the rest. We need to stop punishing our bodies, treat it with love and respect, and nourish ourselves from the inside out.
Fast forward a couple of years, I have discovered what works for me, made peace with my body, and make my health and wellbeing a priority. I listen to my body and give it what it needs.

Why work with me?
Over the past 5 years of being a personal trainer, I have honed my toolbox and worked with people to achieve their goals. I have adapted holistic principles, and have realized there is so much more then beating our bodies into submission. I want to create an army of women who radiate health, love themselves, nourish themselves because they choose to and feel awesome day in and day out.

A taster of what you will get:
- 3 x 45 minute sessions a week with me.
- digestible worksheet and exercises.
- Nutrition and recipe book.
- Access to the facebook support team where we can share our challenges, successes and ideas.
- Ongoing personal support.
No 2 sessions will be the same, I use a variety of equipment such as TRX, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Sand Bags and more. Each session is tailored to your goals and individual fitness level.

Thankfully with the power of skype and email, we can still support you and provide a personalized program to help you achieve your goals.
Sessions are $65 per 45 minute session. If you would like to train with a partner it’s a additional $20 per session.
