About Life, Bondi Junction, Rozelle, Cammeray, Surry Hills and Double Bay
Think yummy Breakfasts, lunches, paleo banana breads, fresh coconuts and more. Most recently they have just started to incorporate raw cakes. Let me say this - amazing!
They also hold some super events, so definitely worth liking them on Facebook to stay up to date. Each also have supermarket attached, which is great for stocking up on fresh organic produce, supplements and toxin free beauty products!
About life is located in Bondi Junction (Eastern Suburbs), Rozelle (Inner West), Cammeray (Lower North Shore), Double Bay and most recently Surry Hills.
Earth to Table, Bondi Junction
Open most days for brekkie and lunch, this gorgeous cafe offers vegan, organic and raw food. It’s quite small once you get inside so I would only recommend it for small groups or a treat for yourself if you’re out and about in the junction. They offer a wide variety of foods, such as zucchini pasta, chilli’s and their raw cakes have a big following.
The Paleo Café, Bondi Junction
Based in Bondi Junction on busy oxford street, this place has become a hit. The Paleo Café is a franchise, but offers their own individual take on Paleo food. The specials change weekly, and based on dairy, sugar, and gluten free real food like our ancestors used to eat. Food is available for takeout too.
Thr1ve Cafe, SydneyCBD
For those of us who are city workers, this is the perfect place for you to pop in for some lunch. Based in Martin place, their food offerings are inspired by Paleo and Primal dietary protocols.
They offer amazing array of breakfast and lunch items alongside some killer smoothies.
Bondi Wholefoods, North Bondi, and Surry Hills
You’ll often find me hidden in a corner tying away on my laptop or indulging in lunch with the husband. Great little café and its 5 minutes from my house.
Awesome selection of smoothies (They are pretty much meals), and a small offering of salads and wraps alongside made to order menu. Also has small store attached for when you find yourself short!
Bread and Circus, Alexandria
These guys’ specials change every day. Lots of salads, breakfast offerings, smoothies, juices and teas available. I’ve heard their sandwich boxes are amazing, although I’m yet to experience one.
My only gripe about this place is that it’s so far away from me, but is worth the travel. Even just to sit outside on the deck chairs!
Bondi Harvest, Bondi Junction
Its a huge contrast to the hustle and bustle of Westfield and is a perfect escape for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The menu is based on whole foods, and accompanied by delicious smoothies, fresh juices, tea and coffee. My favourite is lunchtime where you can choose 2 different salads and a choice of protein - quinoa salad, and the Mediterranean salad with chicken is my choice pretty much every time.
Moving Your Body
Sydney is worlds of fun when it comes to fitness the options are endless. Here’s some of my favourite ways to move my body.
Coastal Run, Eastern Suburbs
This is a must. Great way to see Sydney’s fantastic coastline if you’re here for a visit too. Starting from Bondi or Coogee you run past cliff tops, a cemetery, beautiful Gordon’s bay, Clovelly, the famous Bondi icebergs, beautiful. I would definitely recommend doing this run early as it can turn into a shuffle later on when all the tourists come out.
Bay Run, Inner West
Based in Sydney’s Inner West this is a great 7km circuit around Sydney’s beautiful Iron Cove.
Icebergs, Swimming, Bondi Beach
This is must do, especially for visitors. Icebergs is a gorgeous 50m-ocean pool, on the South Side of Bondi. It also has a gym and sauna, and café, which are perfect for a post swim warm up.
Beachfit and Wellbeing, Sydney Park and Double Bay

Body Mind Life, Yoga, Bondi Beach and Surry Hills
Body mind, life, is the perfect place to get your downward dog on. They offer essentials, open, and progressive yoga, so there is a class suitable for wherever you are in your yoga practice. They also offer Yin classes, perfect to wind down.
Agoga, Functional Movement, Bondi
If you’re keen to drop into a class and exercise functional movement class, this is your place. They offer small group sessions, and they go for it. They offer 3 different programs dependent on your goals –leaner, stronger or faster.
Sydney dance company, The Rocks
If you want to bring some movement into your hips, or perfect your twerk, this is the place. Offering a quite range of professional classes, ranging from hip-hop to ballet, based in Sydney’s historical rocks.

Cassie offers Skype sessions for those of you not based in Sydney. Cassie looks at the full picture and will help you design a lifestyle and eating program that will make you feel amazing. She also has some beautiful eBooks on cleansing which I would definitely recommend adding to your library alongside eating plans.
Deep holistic therapies, Massage, Bondi
If all that healthy living and moving has realised some toxins and gave you a few sore muscles, this is the place to go for a remedial massage. Might not be the best thing you have ever felt, but it will definitely assist you in recovering. Best thing to do afterwards is to have an Epsom salt bath to get some magnesium going.
