Moving the BeachFit Way

This week is about working out what movement pattern works best for you. It depends on your goals, and of course we have you covered at BeachFit with your sessions, but it’s always good to educate yourself and know why you’re doing what you’re doing – it can provide the extra mental boost you need to stay focused and on track with your goals.

Don’t also forget to take action from Week 1 and action your nutrition feedback – this is going to be an ongoing practice so keep taking time to action and plan your meals, and keeping working on Week 1 – it’s a ongoing practice.
